Customer account preview
Customers can create an optional LIVIRA account using an email address, password, and optional display name. Supabase Auth processes the password and authentication sessions. LIVIRA stores customer profile information and future subscription and registered-device records in our Supabase project. The website may store an authentication session on your device to keep you signed in.
Why this information is used
We use account information to authenticate users, display their account dashboard, manage profile details, and eventually support authorized device activations and software licensing. Account details are not IPTV credentials and do not grant access to television content.
What is not currently collected
This website does not currently accept credit-card payments or process paid subscriptions. The public customer dashboard does not ask for IPTV provider passwords or playlist credentials. Any provisioning workflow for a device is managed separately.
Hosting and security
Vercel hosts the website; Supabase provides authentication and database services; GitHub hosts the test-build download. Those providers may process technical data needed to deliver their services. LIVIRA's customer tables use database access controls designed to limit customers to their own information. We cannot promise that any online system is risk-free.
Your choices and inquiries
You can sign out from your account and edit your display name in the dashboard. Account deletion, data-access inquiries, retention practices, and our official support contact must be finalized and published before a full customer launch. Do not enter sensitive information into profile-name fields.
Content sources
LIVIRA is player software; it does not provide television channels, playlists, movies, or other streaming subscriptions. Users must have authorization from their content provider.
